This 4 day module, over 2 non-consecutive weekends, explores a variation of these interesting and enjoyable movements and ways that some of the more complex movements can be adapted to allow more people to enjoy this set, including thiose who may need to sit for some or all of the session

To help you to achieve this certification, we offer individual on-line or face to face support sessions between course days, detailed videos of the individual movements and a video of the whole set.
 We also offer, post module, on-line or face to face support sessions, once you have started to deliver the movements.
